Well, it’s been a great, long weekend but we’re back in the swing of things over here at Ties & Tutus.  Are you?  Today’s challenge is a simple one.  I know we are all in vacation or relaxation mode, so don’t worry, we won’t ask too much of you just yet.    This week’s challenge is to leave a note or special treat for your mail carrier.  I have to admit, our mail lady came to the door to have me sign for a package last week and I felt horrible when she left because it was 110 degrees outside and she’s pounding the pavement with a sack of mail.  I imagine it’s a thankless job, so I scribbled a little note and left it in our mailbox for her just to let her know I appreciate what she does. I have no idea what she thought when she read it, but sometimes it’s the little things that go a long way.
